Shannon Kelly focuses her practice primarily on Family Law and Civil Litigation, with experience in Employment Law, Estate Planning, and Landlord and Tenant Law. Ms. Kelly was born and raised in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. She graduated from the University of South Dakota in 1998 with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Biology.
In 2004, Ms. Kelly earned a Master of Public Administration degree and graduated from the University of South Dakota School of Law. During her studies, she also served as a Graduate Assistant for the USD Law School Foundation, worked as an Associate for LexisNexis, and was the Managing Editor for both the South Dakotan Lawyer Magazine and the South Dakota Law Review.
Following graduation, Ms. Kelly served as a Law Clerk for three judges in the First Judicial Circuit of South Dakota before moving to Arizona.
